 I am a professional artist, Street Artist | Mural Artist Represented by Berkeley Editions Sydney, 

qualified art therapist and passionate art Teacher.

I was born in Manly, Sydney and studied extensively at Hornsby Design TAFE College. After graduating from college, I worked as a Graphic Designer in Print, Advertising, Television and Fashion. After 10 years in the industry reaching the title Senior Designer / Art Director, I found that the Advertising world wasn’t offering me personal satisfaction, so I decided to explore my creative roots being art.

In 2014, I began working with Kate Edwards, who put me in front of some corporate clients, such as The Royal Womens Hospital Sydney, performing Live art at events and functions, an activation in Martin Place and Melbourne for ING Direct Bank, live art activations for ANZ Bank & an album cover design for Jackie Onassis through Sony BMG.

During this time, I was pulling strings of my own, Working with Liquitex Australia, Commissions for The Rolling Stones Magazine Pop up “Live Lounge Bar” in Oxford St Sydney, Winning runner up in The Australian Street Art Battles in Oxford St, Performing Live art for Fuel TV, Sculpture Commission for Warringah Council & recently working for Red Bull performing Live art at event Launches.

    

A move to Crescent Head on the mid-north coast of NSW and establishing a studio has given me the ability to follow my dream & focus on my craft as both a street artist, illustrator & Contemporary Abstract Artist.

Acrylic on canvas is my medium of choice and I use layers upon layers of colours, texture and creative design to convey depth in meaning. Being a spiritual soul, I place a lot of thought and intention into my abstract pieces, placing hidden reiki symbols in my work, healing components to promote well being, happiness and spiritual depth and discovery.   

When painting Street Art works, I also use these techniques and symbols, words such as “Love” “balance” “Peace” One Love” are elegantly placed masked as graffiti tags. With the aesthetics of the work, It’s all about the look and feel, invoking a Alley way grunge feel - “as though a wall was cut from the street, glued to the canvas and framed”. The characters and subject matter I resonate with, reflect current mainstream culture, also introducing past memories of child hood.

My intention for creating art is self expression, documenting thought patters, poking fun at political and social norms “satire” & creating beautiful art that captivates the soul, moves people and inspires others to take action or provoke thought. My paintings have been described as beautiful pieces of contemporary street art, introducing energy flow into spaces. 

The experience and process of creating an artwork, is both thought out and spiritually inspired, I use colour theory learnt through graphic design and advertising, also old practices such as “the golden mean” to perfectly compose my artworks onto canvas. 

I’ve learnt that nothing is permanent, only attachments that we carry. In life every decision is the right decision, every step is the right step - everything arrives all in divine time, every moment is a blessing. To see through the eyes of love, is to see with clarity, we are all connected, we are all one.
